1. Question: Will my jersey be returned back to me intact?

This has been asked!  So just to clarify, your jersey will be returned to you in the form of a pillow! No additional scraps or materials will be shipped with the pillow.

2. Question: What sports jerseys are suitable for making a Jersey Pillow?

You name it and it can most likely be done.  Football jerseys, hockey jerseys, baseball jerseys, basketball jerseys, lacrosse jerseys, the list is endless.  We’ve also seen lots of people use favorite t-shirts from a sports team, sorority, high school, college, etc.

3. Question: How long does it take to get my Jersey Pillow made?

Jersey Pillows are completed within 5-7 business days from receipt of your jersey in our office.

4. Question: What are jersey pillows filled with?

Our pillows are filled with a down-like 100% polyester cluster fill pillow form.  The forms are made from 100% cotton, with a 233 thread count cover.  The decorative pillow inserts have the look and feel of down; full and fluffy.  The forms are washable and dry cleanable.

5. Question: Should I wash my jersey before sending to Jersey Pillows?

This is completely your decision.  We have constructed pillows right off the racks, or right off the backs! If you want the added memory of that last agonizing season, send it dirty!

6. Question: How are the pillows constructed?

Very carefully!  Working with jersey materials can be tricky, but our dream team of professional seamstresses have made thousands of pillows. All of our pillows are fully lined on both the front and back to provide stability and longevity to your product (so go ahead and toss em-around).  We add high quality finishes to your Jersey Pillow such as custom piping and a zipper closure.  We are confident in our abilities and you can trust that we will not be taking any chances with your cherished jersey.  

7. Question: How is the piping selected for my Jersey Pillow?

Piping is hand selected for each and every Jersey Pillow that comes in the door by the owner, Libby Tonucci.  Ten years of interior design training have given her the professional eye that is needed to make the best choice for each pillow.

8. Question: My jersey is not a typical shape, style or fabric.  Can I place a custom order?

We love a good challenge and are always available to discuss a custom order.  Almost any jersey, sweatshirt, jacket or t-shirt can be made into a jersey pillow. 

9. Question: How big will my Jersey Pillow be?

The finished size of your Jersey Pillow is determined by the size of your jersey.  The width of the jersey is usually a good indicator to the size of your pillow.  We make all our pillows as large as possible and try to keep most of the original jersey intact.

10. Question: Would Jersey Pillows be a good consideration for a fundraising event for our sports team?

We are currently working out details to support youth, high school and club level sports teams.  Please contact us for further information.

11. Question: Can I get a rush order?

Rush orders are always available for a $20.00 charge. Please contact us by phone for any rush orders so we can man-up to the challenge!

12. Question: What forms of payment are accepted?

When placing an order on our website, you can choose to pay with either Visa, Mastercard, Discover or you can use your PayPal account. Alternatively, you can order direct via phone and personal check.  Call 614-453-4044 for this option.
